I'm James, an Actor and Filmmaker based in the Midwest. I am the Co-Owner of 03 Media Productions, which makes commercial and narrative works.

As an actor I am classically trained and versed in many different styles within film and theater. My goal is to always bring realism to the characters using a sense of play.

As a producer I have produced many projects from narrative to commercial for 03 Media Productions where I am a Co-Owner. James has credits ranging from AD to Actor.

I work both in logistics and paperwork and in the creative side. I bring hard work and new ideas to each project.

03 Media is a midwestern media company specializing in film and other video services. James Rice and Scott Bellovich are Co-Owners of 03.
